This remodeled little home is one of the closest to Hawks baseball field, The Haymarket, Pinnacle Bank Arena, Devaney Center and Memorial Stadium and within 2 blocks of the three pedestrian bridges that take you to that area. So park out front and enjoy a safe, peaceful walk to your evening out. *If you book the same day past 3:00PM, please allow 30 min. from time of booking until check-in to allow us to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. The space This home was built in 1900 and it has lots of character! It has just recently been brought back to life and we're always making new updates to it as we go. Enjoy cable and all the channels on a 55 inch TV, high speed internet, new appliances, Keurig coffee maker with free coffee, a comfortable new bed. Off street parking and at the end of the block in front of Memorial Stadium- you really can enjoy your own space here. Please take notice of the age of this home- the floors are not completely straight, sometimes the doors stick, and it can get hot in the summer and cold in the winter. If you're looking for a pristine new home, keep looking. But if you want a clean, private and laid back space near all the coolest places Lincoln has to offer- this is it! Especially if you have dogs! . Dogs are welcome, but not on the furniture or beds. Please dispose of pet waste and kennel your dog when you are away from the house.
