It has 2 Bedrooms plus a loft space with stackable beds (can go from 2-4 beds in loft space), and only a quick walk down the road to a public beach on Higgins Lake! Enjoy the fire pit in the huge backyard, and you may see some deer that pass through the yard every day. We offer a solid wifi connection and two tv's with Netflix and a small DVD collection including kids/family movies. There are some games and puzzles for the kids and a fully equipped kitchen. The space The house features a great deck that wraps around the house, with a perfect area in the backyard with seating and a fire pit. There are 3 portable air conditioner units and baseboard heating. *The AC units will be put away for the colder season and set up in the warmer seasons.
