Rest & Relax • Two Cozy Bedrooms: A spacious primary bedroom with a Queen bed, and a flexible second bedroom featuring a Full bed and a Twin—perfect for families or groups of up to five. • Entertainment Ready: Kick back with the Smart TV, browse our DVD collection, or set the mood with the Bluetooth speaker. High-speed Wi-Fi is included. The Chef’s Corner • Our fully stocked kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances (electric stove, fridge, and microwave). • Coffee Lovers Rejoice: Choose between a quick K-Cup or a rich French press. • Extra Perks: Toaster, air fryer, and a mini blender for your morning smoothies. Outdoor Space & Parking • Enjoy your morning tea on the private front porch. • Secure Parking: Guests have access to the garage (key located inside) for peace of mind. Guest Notes: To maintain a high-quality experience for all our guests, this is a non-smoking and no-party property. A $200 fee applies for violations. Maximum occupancy is 5 guests. Guest access There is a printed manual on the kitchen counter :-) There are many amenities more than likely any place you have stayed prior feel free to enjoy them. The garage key is located on the fridge but may have firepit and outdoor dining set if they’re not in the back yard Extra blankets in the bedroom Closets Heat/AC located on wall in hallway As stated in the pre-booking message it is set to a schedule through Ameren so just give us 24 hour notice if you would like any changes prior to arrival please reset to 65 in winter and 78 in summer when leaving Washer and dryer in basement Please smoke outside There’s an ashtray for cigarette butts and a table to enjoy a smoke if you’re a smoker. We allow pets $200 fine for not Disclosing that there is a pet. Pet fee is only $25 just add them. Couch cleaning is $125 so please be careful. Smoking inside is a $200 Fee or Fine I’m very sensitive to the smell of cigarettes cigars and marijuana smell. Smoke outside. $200 fine for parties or gatherings. Please indicate when booking exactly how many people you intend to have over at any given time. BEFORE CHECKOUT Please leave towels in the bathroom. No need to make the bed. Please place all trash in the trashcan outside of the house in the alley (easiest to go through backyard; gate on side.) Lastly Please wash the dishes before leaving. Basically leave it like you found it besides the above. Have a safe trip home! Make sure door is Locked Other things to note Alarm system. Smart thermostat that has a set schedule as agreed to in the pre-booking message so if you’d like to change that, please give us 24 hour notice before checking in. Long terms guests we cover all utilities and $150 a month of electric bill (over 30 days) ****Smoking Cigarettes & Parties******* Cigars or marijuana inside is a $200 fee as well as for having a get together. Please disclose all guests you’ll have at any given time when booking. Housekeeping is very sensitive to smells.
