Bed and breakfast in Springdale

This is our Upper Sunset room. Located on the upper level of the home. This spacious room has a king bed, love seat and a table w/chairs. All our rooms are private with an en suite bathroom and personal refrigerator. Breakfast is served daily 7:30-8:30am, March 15th-Nov 15th, only. The space You’ll be staying in a home that operates a bed & breakfast. We have 4 rooms, each with their own bathroom. The common areas are the living room, dining area and backyard. You are welcome to enjoy these spaces as well. Breakfast is 7:30-8:30 daily & is included with your stay. Guest access Hot tub not available on arrival day if checking in after 6pm. During your stay Check-in is between 3-6pm. Please call us directly & at least 24 hours in advance to check in outside of those hours. Someone is almost always on site or close by. So, you can always reach us by phone if we're not immediately available. You may also do self check-in if that is more appealing. No check-ins of any kind after midnight local time. No late check-ins without advanced notice. Must send photo ID for self check-in instructions.
