Guest Suite-Private Bed/Bath-Perfect for Long Term

Great Space for long term stays as well as short term. Perfect for travel nurses. If my calendar isn’t showing all the dates you need pls contact me as I may have an alternative. Comfortable home w/free wifi, Netflix, open kitchen & dining, lrg living rm, lrg deck, pretty yard, A/C, private bsmnt bd rm, private bth located in a small quiet neighborhood located minutes away from places to explore and soak up the local culture: beach, parks, hiking, historic sites and great places to eat. The space BDRM: Private Bsmnt Bd Rm, Queen Bed w/ lots of pillows, TV w/ Chrome Cast able to watch Netflix or you-tube, Desk, Chair, Full-Length Mirror, and all other essentials you will need. Some unique features along with some handmade items. Additional Space in the Bedroom area has some fun features for your entertainment. The room has storage closets locked up that I will not need in during your stay. BATH: Private bath with all your essential needs. Y w/d is located in the bathroom (use of w/d must be approved and guest MUST purchase own laundry supplies). I do utilize W/D when needed however will respect your privacy and communicate with you prior. LIVING ROOM: Large living area w/ 65 in TV with a movie theater feel including surround sound. The living room is also a great space for reading, socializing, or just kick back and relax on leather sectional. Lots of throw blankets to cozy up or take a nap. The living area features a treadmill, exercise ball, hand weights, etc. KITCHEN/DINING: This is a great space with hardwood floors, a breakfast bar, wide open space providing lots of sunlight throughout the day, sliding door to deck with easy access to the deck which features a grill. Kitchen is stocked w/ Coffee/Tea/Grab and Go Breakfast Treats/Light Snacks. Ninja Coffee Maker features Hot, Iced, and Specialty Brews if you want to make them. I will provide regular coffee only. Microwave available. Light cooking w/approved. Must clean up after yourself and do not want grease splattered about. I am able to make room in the Fridge for you with prior notice. Sit and enjoy a meal at the table or bar. DECK/YARD: Enjoy drinking your morning coffee out on the large deck while watching the squirrels and rabbits wander about. The deck provides lots of seating. It is also a great place to soak up the afternoon sun and relax. I do put up a sun sail for shading when it is too hot still being able to enjoy outside and not over bake in the sun. Very green lush yard w/lots of pretty colors throughout the summer. I have set up the outdoor area with several soft solar lights to enjoy after dark as well. Bella (Dog) has access to yard which I do clean up after her on a regular basis. A hammock is available upon request to relax for a nap or read a book. PARKING: On the right side of the driveway. Please do not block the sidewalk or drive on the grass as I have underground irrigation. Sprinkler heads are located close to the edge of the driveway. I park in the garage and need to be able to exit w/o being blocked in as I race off to work or errands. Parking is also available road side. UPSTAIRS: This area is my private space unless I have another guest in the 2nd room I list on occasion. GARAGE: This area is my private space and guest are not allowed. Guest access See "The Space" During your stay I live in the home so I am home daily and I am available by text at all times. When you arrive, I do my best to be home to greet you, giving you a quick tour and introduce you to Bella. Other things to note PET: I have a small dog, her name is Bella and she is very loving. She does not bark often but the few times she does is when someone comes up to the door. She is harmless and had never been harmful to anyone. She just wants everyone to pet her. She has her doggy doors she goes in and out of. Bella is not allowed out the front door without me. She is also not allowed downstairs (guest area). I have a gate that needs to be kept up to prevent her from going down in that area. Due to her being number one for a long time in the house, I prefer guests not to bring their pets. When I am home she will follow me around not missing a beat.
