However, we gladly welcome ADA-defined service animals as required by law. Are there any good restaurants or cafes nearby? Response: Yes! Neskowin offers a charming cafe and a seasonal market, perfect for grabbing a coffee or a bite to eat. For more dining options, Pacific City and Lincoln City are only a 15-20 minute drive away with a variety of restaurants. What activities are available in the area? Response: Neskowin is great for outdoor activities. You can enjoy beach walks, hiking trails like the Cascade Head, bird watching, and golfing at the nearby Neskowin Golf Course. Response: Yes, the property has free parking available for up to 3 vehicles. Our private parking lot is directly in front of the house, making it easy to load and unload your belongings. What’s the check-in and check-out process like? Response: We offer a self-check-in process with a keypad. We will send you the door code and all necessary information a day before your arrival for a seamless experience. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Does the property have Wi-Fi and cell phone coverage? Response: Yes, the property offers commercial-grade free high-speed Wi-Fi, and cell phone service is typically very strong. What kitchen amenities are available? Response: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker (drip + Keurig combo, Moka pot, and French Press), and basic cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. We don’t provide coffee itself or cooking supplies (food, oils, condiments, etc.); however, we do include all utensils, etc. Are there any grocery stores nearby? Response: The Neskowin Provisions is open for basic groceries and supplies. For larger grocery runs, Lincoln City is about 15 minutes away and has a Safeway and other grocery stores. What’s the weather like in Neskowin? Response: Neskowin enjoys a mild coastal climate. Summers are typically sunny with temperatures ranging from 60-75°F (15-21°C), while winters are cooler and often it rains lightly, with temperatures in the 40s-50s°F (5-15°C). We recommend packing layers and rain gear just in case! Guest access Have a large group? You're in luck! Whether you're traveling with a small group or large, our flexible rental options make it easy to find the perfect accommodation to suit your needs. Rent a single unit for a cozy and intimate retreat, or book both units together for a spacious and comfortable group vacation. We have two connected units available for rent. Each with three cozy bedrooms, three sparkling bathrooms, and two fully equipped kitchens. Each unit accommodates six guests, for a total of up to 12 guests if both units are rented. Please feel free to drop me a message if you're interested in renting both units. Other things to note Each of our two units features a private hot tub for your enjoyment. You will have exclusive access to the hot tub for your unit and won't be sharing it with the neighboring unit. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we have a pretty lenient free cancellation policy. However, just in case you're worried, Airbnb offers travel insurance to give you peace of mind.
