CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS - As Timeshare Owners we call in a non-refundable reservation with Shell Vacations Club at time of your reservation request . The hotel will ask for photo ID and credit card, for incidentals at time of check-in. These documents must match the name on your reservations. TIMESHARE PROPERTY- You are not obligated to attend a timeshare presentation at anytime AGE - The Tenant must be age 18 or older to secure a reservation in his/her name. USAGE - The Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms that s/he will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-outs. TEMPORARY USE / NO SUBLETTING - Tenants expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for the temporary use of the Resort and that Tenants shall not under any circumstance sublet the Resort unit. OCCUPANCY -- The Tenant agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy for the unit. Failure to comply may result in eviction by the Resort. PETS -- Under no circumstance will the Tenant permit pets of any kind in the unit. DAMAGES -- The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests. INDEMNIFICATION - The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
