This bright second-story room (one flight of stairs) is furnished with a queen-size bed, a comfy chair, a desk workspace, and a smart TV. There's a large closet and an attached bathroom with a shower and bathtub. This corner room features a north-facing floor-to-ceiling window and large east-facing windows for plenty of light, and blackout curtains have been installed for your comfort. Also, on the same level, you have immediate access to the shared space (kitchen, living room, and balcony)! The space This centrally located modern townhome features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; this listing is for one of these four bedrooms. You will have your own private attached bathroom that you do not share with anyone. The kitchen, living room, laundry, and balcony are shared with guests staying in the other three bedrooms. We have everything to make your stay feel like home. All spaces are fully furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is great wifi throughout the townhome, and an RJ45 jack in the living room if you need even faster internet access. A space in the heated attached double garage may be available for a fee. Guest access I will meet you when you arrive and give you a thorough orientation of the townhome. You will be allowed to choose a four-digit code to unlock the front door, and you will be given a key to your bedroom door.If you rent a spot in the garage, you will be given a garage door opener. During your stay I'm available throughout the day via text and phone, and I spend time at the building almost every day. I live nearby and can usually get to the townhome in under 20 minutes. I consider myself an introvert, but I truly enjoy spending time talking with my guests. Other things to note There will be guests staying in the other 3 bedrooms. Some of them may be day sleepers, so please keep noise levels down. Potential outside street noise, typically not an issue. You are not allowed to have visitors at the townhome unless you have received my prior approval. Security cameras are placed around the outside around the property and in the garage. No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property.
