Guest Suite Studio w/ Kitchenette & Private bath.

1 room suite w/ private bath. U can use side door for easiest entry. Kitchenette including mini fridge, microwave, hot plate, keurig, croc pot, toaster. 1 vehicle only assigned parking in driveway. Dishes, silverware, other kitchen essentials. 55" smart tv. Loveseat (full) pull out couch. Located near Kempsville & Indian River intersection & I-64. 10am check out. PLEASE LOOK AT PICS & READ CAPTIONS! Please Private message me any issues so I can resolve. No cleaning fee. The space Areas that Guests have private and sole access to are the large studio room and private bathroom pictured. Guest access For easiest access u can enter the unit through side door and laundry room. There’s a lockable interior door that accesses the unit from inside the laundry room. (I may or may not need to utilize laundry room but will be minimal as much as possible. 1 parking space is assigned in the driveway. Please see pic and caption Other things to note Even though access is through the laundry room any use of machines is for myself or guests who have stays of 3 days or longer. U will also need your own supplies please. Also, please do not attempt to use the fireplace. My dogs frequent the fenced in and gated back yard. Please stay away from them. Look up the intersection to check the location so you know where it is ahead of time. Also please reference notes attached to pictures. These may answer any questions you may have.
