Walking distance to year round hiking/biking trails. Three miles from the center of Guilford, three miles to Stony Creek- Branford CT, & Thimble Islands. Easy access to nearby towns and major highways. Guest access Our guests will have access to the main house, which includes a screened in porch. There is a large yard on southern side of house with almost an acre of land for your use. Other things to note Addition to original house and garage on premises are not accessible. There is no smoking allowed on property or in house
