You can be cooking in the kitchen on the updated stainless steel appliances while others are watching TV in the living room, or enjoying board games in the dining room Exterior: This country home is set back 650 feet from a quiet country scenic road on 10 acres of land which gives ultimate privacy. Our large back deck is a perfect spot to sit back relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature and the expansive view for miles, or sit around the outdoor campfire-style fire pit and watch the sunset over the mountains in the backyard. Please note, for security reasons ADT installed an active camera by the rear deck stairs and a ring doorbell. Common Area: Large couch and 3 cozy chairs sit in front of a wood burning stove (wood included) & an 80” Smart TV set up with Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney +, Max, Peacock, Paramount, and Hulu + Live. Kitchen: Updated stainless steel appliances, large 2 door fridge, Keurig machine (be sure to bring pods), microwave, toaster oven, blender, olive oil, salt & pepper, all needed cooking equipment; pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards, measuring cups, etc, dishwasher, 10 person dining table, and 3 barstools at the island . Bedrooms: Our 3 bedrooms will easily sleep 6 people. The master has a comfy king size bed, the second bedroom has two comfy full size beds and the third bedroom has a comfy queen size bed. Bathrooms: 1 full ensuite bathroom and 1 bathroom in the main area both with a shower and tub. Fun & Games: Board Games in bench by hallway bathroom. WiFi throughout the house. Smart TV set up with Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney +, Max, Peacock, Paramount, and Hulu + Live. Amenities: Super fast High-speed Cable Internet speeds up to 250 mbps Smart TV in family room. All new high density memory foam Hypoallergenic mattresses. One King bed, two Full beds, one Queen bed, and one Queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps up to 8 people Well-insulated house with baseboard heating Window AC units added to the master bedroom and family room until central air is installed. Full laundry room with iron and ironing board. Wood Burning Fireplace Backyard has slight slope that is great for sledding Security: Active Motion-activated Ring Doorbell camera recording on front porch and active motion-activated recording ADT security camera by rear deck staircase. Guest access Whole House, except empty basement. Other things to note There is little cell reception at the house but we do have high speed internet you can connect phone to and WiFi that can handle multiple devices at once. You can also turn on the WiFi calling feature on your phone with no difference in service. For stays lasting more than 28 days we require our cleaner come in once every two weeks to clean. Additional cleaning fees will be required at time of booking. The home is one-level, but there are stairs to get into the house from outside. Dogs under 15 lbs may be allowed for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $500.00 but prior approval must be given.
