It's surprisingly spacious with a full size bathroom, kitchenette, lofted twin bed, day bed & trundle bed! The home borders a sheep pasture, barn, goat pasture & chicken coop! Snakehead fishing is just a short walk away! Kayacks & creek launch on site! Just a 5 minute drive from Blackwater Refuge! Relax and enjoy country living! The space This hand crafted "She Shed" Tiny House is an open concept tiny house with a huge personality! Super spacious for a tiny house! Completely powered with solar green energy and equip with an outdoor Electric Car Charger! A unique experience on the Farm adjacent to the sheep and goat pastures, farm barn, chicken coop, and a short walk away from Pitcher Dam Creek where you can fish for snakeheads! Sit by the campfire under the start at night! The Creek is available for Kayaking, but please schedule around high tide as the creek is brackish, marshy, and shallow and all of our Dorchester County creeks are along the Little Blackwater! This space is a perfect tiny space to have an independent or couples re-charging retreat! Escape the city life for farm fields, trucks, and tractors! The space is also a perfect spot for hunters to lodge while they are hunting on public land at Blackwater Refuge or private land in Cambridge/Dorchester County! Cambridge is centrally located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland! The perfect spot to stay if you want to explore the shore! This is the perfect home base for Eastern Shore day trips to Kent Island, Easton, Tilghman Island, St Michaels, Ocean City, and Assateague! Dorchester County is also the perfect place to go Eastern Shore "Island Hopping" and visit Hoopers, Taylors, Elliotts, Tilghman, and Kent Island for the weekend! There is another Tiny Cabin located on the same property so if you have a larger group that would like to travel together, yet have your own personal space book both! Sorry, no pets please Guest access Pitcher Dam Creek Direct Access just steps away from the Tiny Cabin to enjoy Kayaking, SUP, and fishing! Three Kayak's, one canoe, and one SUP available Creekside for guest use! Life jackets are also available! Guests have access to a beautiful fire pit with adjacent table and chairs to take in the beautiful view of the evening stars! Other things to note The tiny house has well water! The well water does have a slight sulfur smell. This is completely normal for well water! It is safe to drink, and I drink it every day! I have been around it my whole life, so I do not even smell it anymore! But, our previous guests that are used to city water do notice it! There is absolutely No Smoking, Vaping, Marijuana or use of E-Cigarettes permitted! Sorry, no pets please Thanks!
