Yellow Room in Historic Near South; Near Zoo, UNL

Located in the historic Near South Neighborhood, with tree lined streets, and wonderful neighbors. Bright windows, a queen bed and private access to a full bath. Near parks, Lincoln Zoo, the Sunken Gardens, Russ' Market, and the Lincoln StarTran bus line, all within walking distance. Downtown Lincoln is 1.5 miles, the Haymarket less than 2 miles, and Memorial Stadium 2.1 miles away. A great location; you can reach any part of Lincoln by car in 15 minutes. The space The bedroom is on the main floor of our home off the kitchen. Guests of the Yellow Room also have private use of the main floor full bathroom (shower/tub, toilet, sink, shampoo, hair dryer, towels) just steps away. Bathrobes are provided for guest comfort. USB ports and additional outlets as well as a desk are also provided, so you can work from your laptop, tablet, or phone comfortably. The bedroom locks with a provided key. A ceiling fan keeps the room especially comfortable. Guest access Guests will have use of the main floor bedroom and use of the full bathroom, also on the main floor. Guests may also use the kitchen, sitting room, living room and television on the main floor. Washer/Dryer available upon request. During your stay We live here and are available for as much/as little interaction as desired. We love our community and are happy to provide recommendations for local activities, restaurants, etc. We have another Airbnb room upstairs listed, so you may encounter other guests. Other things to note Although guests may park on the street in front of the house, you will likely prefer to park off the back alley behind the house. This gives you easy access to the back door, which is equipped with a Smart Lock. Just pull in on the grass. Please note: due to allergies, we are unable to host any animals. Per Airbnb policy, third party bookings are NOT allowed and the guest under whose name reservation is made needs to be present.
