Our Deer Cabin is a 3-bed, 2-bath cabin with modern amenities & a full-size pool table. It's truly home, away from home, while spending time with nature. Every feature is personally made to make you feel safe, comfortable & conveniently supplied. The paved driveway provides easy access with any passenger vehicle, and the adjoining gravel lot is perfect to park an RV if that's what you're traveling in. After you experience "Our Deer Cabin" hosted by Marc, you will become a return guest. Conveniently located near a major grocery store and restaurants, this cabin ensures an ideal location just minutes outside of downtown Ruidoso. Spend the day exploring New Mexico's landscape - whether by hiking trail, ski slope, or fairway - rest assured knowing that an indoor fireplace, sunny side courtyard with a hot tub, and endless amenities await you back at this cozy cabin retreat! The guests have access to the complete cabin..., all rooms, all amenities, and anything available inside the kitchen cabinets or bathroom vanities. I give my guests space, but I am available when needed by phone or text for any questions, concerns or compliments. Albertson's Supermarket and an Allsup's Convenience Store are conveniently located at a walkable distance. Please note that I encourage guests be prepared with access to "snow chains" and/or 4-wheel drive in the winter months. Parking your personal automobile is safe and easy in front of the cabin. Public transportation is not readily available, but private transportation may be found using the internet. Remember, you are staying at a private residence so please clean after yourselves and your group to ensure full refund of your deposit. Note: Multiple large trash bins (Dumpsters) are available on the curb for your convenience. Do NOT leave trash outside of these metal bins or anywhere on the premises, as wildlife will make a mess in search of food products. City Code Compliance issues hefty fines to violators.
