The space The apartment has lots of closet space, new lighting throughout and air conditioning. Apt is on the second floor. Denver Residential Rental License No 2022-BFN-0016812 Other things to note -Booking inquiries may be denied at host's discretion if they leave the space vacant for more than 3 consecutive days between bookings. -The laundry room is shared with all residents in the building. (Machines are pay per use through PayRange and/or coin operated.) -We ask that if residents need to receive mail, they get a P.O. Box. (Guests may receive UPS and Fed Ex just not USPS.) -We do not provide streaming services with the TV. (The internet speed in the unit is between 250-300 Mbps.) -We provide pillows, bed sheets, towels and hangers for your convenience. We also supply one roll of toilet paper, some cleaning supplies, some hand soap, dish soap, dish detergent and a couple of trash bags to get you started for your month+stay. (We do not provide paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash or laundry detergent.) -There are four off street parking spots that are first come first served. The rest is street parking which is unmetered and without time limits. Street parking is pretty open during the day and tightens up at night.
