The apartment is located on a very peaceful street in a quiet and charming neighbourhood just a short walk to restaurants, cafes, and a 2-minute drive to the 403 highway. Locke Street, Hess Village, Dundurn Castle, Jackson Square, the Hamilton Art Gallery are all within walking distance. This is a perfect space for couples, people wanting to explore, and anyone travelling for business. Free street parking on our street and nearby streets with a 3-hour limit from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The space You will have complete access to the basement apartment using a key code. The suite has a double size bed, sitting area with a flat screen TV and a fireplace, a desk, as well as a kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen includes everything you need for light cooking as well as coffee and a selection of teas. WIFI, Netflix and board games are provided. Note: The basement apartment has a few bulkheads. If you are over 6 feet tall it might make moving throughout the apartment a bit tricky. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are following enhanced cleaning protocols to guarantee that the unit is thoroughly cleaned between guests. All touch points that come into regular contact with people including but not limited to door knobs, light switches, outlets, window sills, lamps and pull chains, end tables, remotes, TV and stand, bathroom sink, faucet, taps, cabinet door knobs, toilet, garbage cans, shower (including backsplash, tub, handles, faucet, shower head) kitchen table and chairs, countertops, stove, sink, faucet, and taps are disinfected between guests.
