Fully stocked. The bed is a king size memory foam mattress on a bed frame made from old beams from a dairy barn. The exclusive patio space is just outside the front door, surrounded by a cedar fence and offers comfortable seating and BBQ. Parking is free street parking around the area. The patio and apartment are exclusive to the guests renting this space. There is a shared coin-op laundry room in the main apartment building steps away. I am available for any questions or issues. The apartment is 2 blocks from the University of Wyoming campus and 5 blocks from downtown. The apartment is within walking distance to many amenities that Laramie has to offer. If you don’t have a vehicle, Uber is an option, as is Safe Ride for those who need to get back home after a night out. The apartment does have a common wall with our other apartment that is listed on Airbnb, so you may hear guests walking around. Behind the apartment is the rest of the garage, which is used for storage, so you may hear someone in and out of there. Also, you will hear tenants in and out of the main building as their back door access is near by.
