Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with a full size oven, fridge and dishwasher. Fully stocked. The bed is a king size memory foam mattress on a bed frame made from old beams from a dairy barn. The exclusive patio space is just outside the front door, surrounded by a cedar fence and offers comfortable seating and BBQ. Parking is free street parking around the area. Guest access The patio and apartment are exclusive to the guests renting this space. There is a shared coin-op laundry room in the main apartment building steps away. Other things to note The apartment does have a common wall with our other apartment that is listed on Airbnb, so you may hear guests walking around. Behind the apartment is the rest of the garage, which is used for storage, so you may hear someone in and out of there. Also, you will hear tenants in and out of the main building as their back door access is near by.
