We are over the road long distance truck drivers and would like to share our home with you rather than it just sitting empty. We have just remodeled and restored this home with brand new kitchen appliances, new floors, paint, beds, and bedding. Rent individual rooms, or entire house. Please look for entire house if you want to rent entire place. Contact me if listing doesn't show up. The space Quiet community with new appliances, floors, and beds. All rooms are equipped with Roku TVs with Spectrum Cable TV. Other free Roku channels are also available. Home has Alarm System with monitored CO2 and Smoke detectors. You can arm for added security if you want. Code issued upon booking. Each room has it's own key lock. Guest access In addition to your sleeping area, you may use all common areas, such as living room, dining room, and kitchen. Garage access is for using washer and dryer only. You may also use the front porch and back yards. There is a fire pit, but please be responsible when using fire. WiFi access is throughout. Surveillance camera watches from the garage to the road. During your stay Most of the time we won't be here because our job requires us to travel. Text or call us at 727-238-5697. If you need anything, mom lives close by and can take care of anything you might need. She also is our cleaning person. Other things to note Self check in by entering your assigned code in keypad on front door lock. The security system will be armed if no one is here, but your door lock code will disarm it. Please lock doors when no one is home.
