Just a 45 minute drive to the Woodlands or Bryan/College Station, 20" to the State Park, 10" to the National Forest, 10 minutes to Lake Conroe, 1' to Houston proper and it's the PERFECT place to just hang and enjoy the peace and quiet. Guests have access to the tiny house cabin, and all of its amenities which are encompassed on a 5-acre plot of land inside a security gate. Also on property are OWNER'S art home (The Lowery Art House Montgomery) and Property Manager's separate home. Hostess/caretaker is available upon request.
