This apartment is located in a quite neighborhood close to Sanford, Bethany, and downtown Fargo. This apartment promises to by your home-away-from home while you stay in our little city! Enjoy this spacious studio with full kitchen, dining area, and private bath. We allow pets to join you in the unit but we ask that you be mindful of their behavior and to treat this place as you would you own house. There is a deposit on this unit if you're joined by your pet of $100 that will only be applied if we feel it is necessary to cover damage or extreme cleaning issues. We ask that you not allow your pets on the furniture or the bed during their stay. Per Fargo's ordinance, all pets must be leashed when outside and waste must be disposed of properly. Paid laundry is provided in a rental we own nearby. Please message for details on how to use the laundry service. There is a keypad front door that opens into a lobby area that is shared with another Airbnb unit, and a keypad door off that lobby to this apartment. I'm a quick call away if you need ANYTHING or have any questions. I live close so if it's something I need to handle in person, I can be there within a few minutes. You will be staying a few blocks off of University Drive, in a quiet neighborhood that is close to Downtown Fargo and few minutes drive to Sanford hospital. You can park on the street in front of the building just be aware of the signs marking parking restrictions for overnight parking in the winter months. There are a few spaces in the back of the building as well. You can park facing the fence behind the building if you choose but please don't park in the driveway because we have neighbors that share our driveway and we want to make sure it's always accessible for both of us. Garbage days are every Tuesday morning. The black bin by the front door and steps is yours. Simply roll the bin to the street in front of the house on Tuesdays and roll back to the side of the steps after it's been picked up. The blue bin next to the garbage bin is for no-sort recycling. Recycling day is every-other Tuesday.
