Indoor sink. • Bonfire pit with marshmallow/hot dog roasting sticks • Kitchenette – refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, indoor table & chairs • Picnic Table – cement patio & slate patio with upgraded patio furniture • Gas grill • Pull out couch with bedding (new foam mattress) • 2 Small tents provided & 2 single blow up mattresses • 2 sleeping bags • Reservoir has a small island, along with access to Butternut Creek and Jamesville Beach Park for hiking • Corn hole & Board games * Volley Ball net and ball available upon request • 4 Adirondack chairs • Off street parking * Please bring your own water shoes, bug spray and sunscreen • 3pm check in/10:00am check out ~ No smoking, no pets or loud parties (quiet/family neighborhood) Guest access Guests will have sole access to the entire boathouse, 150 feet of secluded waterfront property and boat launch. Boat launch on property ~ Feel free to bring your own boat. Plenty of room to park a boat trailer. Other things to note Strong swimmers encouraged. Plenty of options for everyone. Life jackets provided and are a must when using the boats. Small sink for brushing teeth and hand washing. Brand new roof on the Boathouse.
