Waterfront Cottage at Goose Creek

Our Cottage at Goose Creek is the perfect getaway, located 2 miles from the town of Middleburg and nestled on 12 acres overlooking Goose Creek. The creek is accessible for fishing, kayaking, and exploring. Enjoy all the charm of Western Loudoun and all the amenities of nearby Middleburg. The space The Cottage is a spacious one bedroom with an open floor plan and pullout couch - plenty of room for a small family or close friends. The bedroom features linens, pillows, and french doors that open to a view of Goose Creek. The bathroom, accessed through the bedroom, offers both a shower and separate bath. The Cottage has a full and stocked kitchen. An outdoor shower is located on the side of the house for use after playing in the creek in warmer months. Outdoor seating allows you to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of Goose Creek. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the cottage. Guests have full access to the 12-acre grounds with the exception of the main house and its immediate area and a storage barn. Other things to note We welcome friendly, well-behaved dogs (max 2) with a $50 pet fee. We have small dogs and children on the property - sorry, no aggressive breeds. Fishing the creek incurs an additional $50 fee. It is limited to catch and release fishing, single barbless hook artificial lures, and no bait. Additional information is available for guided fly fishing. The cottage is toward the end of a 1 mile gravel road typical of Western Loudoun. For visiting our cottage and this area, 4WD is recommended during winter weather.
