This home is primarily shared with medical students and professionals on short- or long-term assignments, each staying in separate rooms. As a shared living environment, we all share both rights and responsibilities to maintain a respectful and comfortable space for everyone. Important House Rules – Please Read Carefully 1. No Smoking or Vaping (Including Electronic Devices) Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home, on the deck, in the garage, or within 30 feet of the property. Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and a $950 smoke damage fee. 2. No Unregistered Guests Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted in rooms, common areas, or anywhere on the premises. 3. No Parties or Pets Parties are strictly prohibited. This is a pet-free home shared with other guests, and we ask that you help maintain a calm, quiet environment. 4. Shared Kitchen Use Please use only the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator space labeled with your room number. 5. Cleanliness Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or food on countertops. Shared spaces must be kept clean for everyone’s comfort. 6. Quiet Hours (After 10:00 PM) • No cooking, loud music, or loud conversations • No laundry use after 10:00 PM • Please use earbuds or headphones for music or videos 7. Laundry Use Laundry facilities are available on weekends only to help maintain quiet during the workweek. 8. Respect Shared Spaces • Keep conversations at a low volume • Avoid phone calls in shared areas such as the kitchen, stairs, or living room • No loud talking in rooms 9.
