There are 3 bedrooms in the main floor and a quaint but open area for entertaining. There’s a full kitchen with a pantry and all new utensils. There’s a full bath with tub and shower combo. Upstairs there are 2 bunk beds for kids in one room and a queen bed In the other. There’s also a small half bath. There’s a pack n play and baby gate available for use if needed. The basement has a full bath with standup shower. There are TVs in basement and first floor with cable and internet. There is a large set of stairs down to the property and several sets of stairs to get down to the lake (see photos). Watersports are available: Boating-Water Skiing/Tubing Kayaking/Canoes/Paddle boards/Paddle boats/Wind Surfing Watersports Rental: Contact owner/Steve for details for Bulldog Watersports Entire property is for use but be sure to stay on property and be respectful of neighbors. Many homes in the area are primary residences. We are always available through text or call for any questions or concerns. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area in McHenry County with other rentals around the lake area. Quiet hours are from 10p to 10a. Seasonal activities for warmer weather include boating on Wonder Lake, Lake Geneva & Chain-o-Lakes, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, annual rummage sales, strawberry picking, farmers markets, craft fairs and festivals. Walk up to main beach at 7p on Friday nights and watch our National Show Ski Champion ski team perform. Cooler weather actives include local farm events with apple and pumpkin picking, hayrides, corn mazes, snow mobile trails, ice skating, fishing & hockey. We're a 20-minute country drive from Lake Geneva, Wisconsin shops, restaurants and events. Wilmont Mountain for skiing, snowboarding & sledding. Inquire about our pontoon boat, kayaks, paddle boards, and canoe rental available on the lake during boating season.
