North Cottage at Zion National Park

Our comfy North Cottage is nestled in the heart of Springdale. This space comfortably sleeps 4 guests in 2 California King size beds. Traveling with 5? There's a single sofa sleeper in the cottage, too! A full bathroom & kitchenette provide the basic necessities needed to enjoy your stay. Take in the amazing views of Zion Nat'l Park from your room, the spacious outdoor deck above or from your private patio and be within walking distance to almost everything in Springdale! The space The property, originally owned by our grandparents JR & Mavis, has evolved a lot over the years and is in an almost constant state of change & improvement. We hope you enjoy the captivating whimsy of this place that we love so much. We're happy to share it with you! Thanks to our central location, we are just a few minutes walk away from almost everything in Springdale! Guest access There is 1 assigned parking spot for this unit. If you have more than 1 vehicle, please reach out to us ahead of time so we can find a solution that works for everyone. There is access to a rooftop deck above the cottage where you can experience all the incredible 360 degree views of Zion National Park. The north cottage also has a private patio along the north side of the building. Our guests also have access to the large backyard & garden, a variety of outdoor seating areas & fire pit. The shared laundry room is on the north side of the main house. It is complimentary & available for our guests to use anytime! Other things to note Due to various circumstances involving the location of the property, the internet connection can sometimes be a bit unpredictable. We are in a valley almost completely surrounded by tall hillsides, steep slopes and 2,000 - 4,000 ft. cliffs and peaks. From time to time, we also have incredibly spectacular rain & thunderstorms, and while these are usually awesome to witness, they can cause issues with the internet service, create power outages & cause flash flooding.
