The main villa includes one bedroom with two queen beds, attached full bath, open concept fully stocked kitchen, dining room and living room with smart TV, high speed internet, as well as a private balcony overlooking the golf course. There is also a washer/dryer for those longer stays. SUNSET BEACH is just over the bridge! Guest access This listing includes access to the entire main villa, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo, including kitchen, living dining area and a private balcony. It also includes access to all Sea Trail Resort’s amenities including 2 pools, tennis and pickleball courts and more. There is a 3-night minimum during the summer season (Friday before Memorial Day-Labor Day) and a 2-night minimum the rest of the year.
