This 3 Bed (+Loft) 3 Bath Single Family Home is located on the Island in Sunset Beach with a short 3-5 minute walk to the Sand/Beach, Restaurants, Shopping, Activities etc. This home features a game room, 3 separate outdoor patios, 2 car garage, 3 Smart TVs, WIFI, Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Beach/Bath Towels & Bed Linens, Propane BBQ, Stand up Paddle Boards. The space 1st Level - Outdoor Patio, Dock, Game Room, Laundry Room, Kids Room with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4), and 2 Car Garage with the option to park a 3rd oversized vehicle outside. 2nd Level - Deck/Patio, Kitchen, Living Room, 1 Bedroom w/ Queen Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Master Bedroom w/ King Sized bed (sleeps 2) & En Suite Bathroom + Oversized Tub. 3rd Level - Loft Area with Full Sized Futon (sleeps 2) and Patio Deck. Dock Notes: The boat is left on property at all times. Dock is not for Private boat parking. Dock use for sun bathing, and paddle-board launching only. To rent the Dock for personal boat parking you must request 2 weeks prior to reservation and are subject to fees and availability. . Management will review with Homeowner and confirm that the boat can be moved. These rules must be reviewed prior to submitting your booking. Staircase/Accessibility The home features a full staircase. The stairs leading to the second level may be challenging for some elderly individuals or those with limited mobility. Guests with limited mobility should review these details carefully to ensure the property meets their needs. Air-Conditioning This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399. Parking Details Parking (2) Garage parking & (1) Tandem Parking behind the garage (Full Sized Truck or Van is permitted in the tandem spot) Laundry A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the home for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders. High Chair & Pack ’n Play High chair and Pack ‘n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability. Noise/Construction disclaimer Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation. Firepit/Fireplace Warning The fireplace and firepit must never be left unattended while in use. Quiet Hours Notice Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements. Pet Policy This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may apply to cover any repairs or damages caused by pets. - WaveStorm Paddle Boards in the Garage are for your use, Paddle Boards in the House are for decoration. -Guest cannot park in front of Garage on second and the fourth Wednesday of every month due to street sweeping.
