Our cottage is an excellent rental for visiting the Newport area. It has one bedroom and also has a pull-out couch. The property can host two adults and two kids under age 12. It is very close to First Beach (Easton's Beach) and local shops and restaurants: full bath, washer & dryer, outdoor shower. We offer nightly & weekly rentals. Separate parking from other units on the property. It's an excellent getaway for a couple with or without kids. The space The property is a multi-family that has a main house with two apartments. This cottage is behind the main house with a separate entrance and parking but on the same property and shares the driveway. It has one bedroom and its own kitchen, living area and bathroom.
