The space The suite is quite unique and idyllic for those seeking a "cool" converted historic gem with exposed brick walls (4 layers thick), door and window moldings to match, with all the convenience of a recently designed and created suite with ample closet space, a welcoming covered exterior deck with both a lounge area and a breakfast set-up, and excellent amenities including two cable-connected TVs, Wifi, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. KITCHEN Our kitchen features countertops, refrigerator, sink, drip coffee maker, Keurig, oven, toaster oven, and everything you need to do Gordon Ramsay proud (pots, pans, plates, silverware, cutting board, spice rack, mugs, etc. LIVING ROOM The living room features a futon and 2 sitting chairs, a coffee table, and a large 60 inch smart TV to stream Netflix, Hulu, and more. MASTER BEDROOM - King bed featuring a comfortable mattress, dresser, mirror with a dresser to keep your belongings. The bedroom also includes floor to 8 foot windows with shades to keep out the sun so you can sleep in if you need to. SECOND BEDROOM Full bed featuring a comfortable mattress, shelved for your belongings, and a leather bench for seating and storage. BATHROOM A full bathroom with a shower and bath, vanity, sink, and window to enjoy the natural lighting in this space. All shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels are provided. This bathroom is connected to both rooms. BALCONY WITH PRIVATE DECK: There is a couch and additional seating outside that you can lounge on and enjoy the view! Other things to note: Our property is professionally cleaned after each stay from top to bottom. The $70 cleaning fee is a pass through meaning we make no money off of it. It goes directly to our cleaners and supplies.
