Nice neighborhood with beautiful mountain view. Near CSUSB, shopping plaza, community park, 215 freeway. One queen-sized bed, tile flooring, walk-in closet. Shared microwave and refrigerator are in the kitchen area. Air-conditioner/heater with private bathroom inside the room. No cooking allowed in the kitchen and in the room. 32" TV. Late fee will be charged for checking out late. The first 30 minutes late is $50 and additional $45 per hour after that. No towels provided. The space Multiple rooms in the house for Airbnb rental. No kitchen use allowed. Host does not live on the property. Non-refundable booking. There are Arlo security cameras which can record both image and sound in the following locations: 1. In-door living room area pointing toward the kitchen. 2. In-door front entry pointing toward stair area. 3. In-door on the top wall of the outside of the shared bathroom door downstair, pointing to the front entrance and hall way. 4. In-door stair area facing stair and front door. 5. In-door on the top wall of the outside of Room M upstairs pointing to the hallway. 6. In-door laundry room. 7. Outdoor side-gate by the solar panel area pointing toward the side yard. 8. Outdoor side-gate by the solar panel area pointing toward the drive way. 9. Outdoor eaves by garage pointing toward the front entrance way. 10. Outdoor eaves facing front door. No cooking allowed. No kitchen cookware, pots/pans, dishes, cups/plates/bowls, coffee maker provided. No drinking water/coffee/tea provided. No hair dryer, iron, ironing board provided. NO TOWELS provided. Since this is a residential house, the wall in the room is not soundproofed, unlike in the hotel environment. You may hear talking from next room, so we ask every guest to do his/her best to lower the voice and keep quiet. The house is close to the mountain which provides shelter to all kinds of wildlife. While I do check the space thoroughly, it is possible a bug may enter. If this happens, please let me know, and I will humanely remove it as soon as possible. No visitors allowed. Guest access laundry room on the 2nd floor. During your stay Airbnb app. No towels will be provided, please bring your own.
