Breathtaking views with modern amenities incl TV and WiFi The space Enjoy the private location of the cottage on this 200 acre working horse farm in the heart of Bourbon County. 20 minutes from Keeneland race track as well as Bluegrass Airport. 10 minutes from the famous KY Horse Park. 15 minutes from downtown Lexington restaurants and shopping and a mere 5 minutes from our historic town of Paris offering great antiquing and charming restaurants. Enjoy a bourbon tour and tasting at one of the many distilleries or a round of golf at a top 10 course in the state at very affordable rates. The famous Ark Encounter is a 50 min drive away. Churchill Downs famous for the KY Derby is 1:20 drive. Guest access The entire cottage and yard surrounding is there for your enjoyment. There is a coded entry gate and we will provide you with that code for entry to the property. Feel free to wonder over to the horse pastures and lean over the fence while the young colts graze away peacefully. We do ask that you not feed any treats to our horses nor enter any of the barns without either the owners, manager or trainer accompanying you. We also offer a large dog crate/kennel and if required, we will set it up for you in advance. Other things to note Although the cottage essentially sleeps 4 people comfortably, we do also provide a queen size blow-up mattress and a single stretcher bed should one be needed. Please reserve that prior to your visit. We are very flexible and approachable to any additional needs so feel free to ask and we will do our very best to make your stay as fun and comfy as possible!
