We charge an extra guest fee of $20 per guest per night for any guest count over 2 (our max guest count is 4). • We are located in a condo building therefore it is likely you will hear passerbys and other guests/ residents in the building. • There is a strict no pet policy • We follow all regulations of Davidson County, including holding a permit, following quiet hours and occupancy restrictions. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am daily, max occupancy is 4 guests (including infants and children).
