The blend of traditional pieces and new, modern elements come together to create a comfortable space for you and fellow guests to call "home" while in Music City. French doors overlooking the river allow for natural light! The bedroom features a pillow top, king mattress and additional sleeping is available on the sleeper sofa that also opens to a queen size, memory foam mattress. Utilize the well-equipped kitchen to make or heat up meals while in the condo as well. Enjoy meals at our kitchen bar or while taking in the outside on the balcony. I am happy to provide you the full outline of this checklist upon request. ** We are unable to accommodate early arrivals or late check-outs. Please familiarize yourself with our check-in and check-out times and plan accordingly. We can also provide recommendations for luggage storage options.** Our Location: Centrally located along the Cumberland River .5 mile from downtown, a popular and easily walkable neighborhood. Within 10-15 minute walk to Broadway and Germantown 10-15 mins by car to: The Ryman, Music City Center, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, Nissan Stadium (home of the Titans, CMA Fest) & the Nashville International Airport. Close to Vanderbilt University, Belmont University and Lipscomb University. It is also right next to one of Nashville's bike trails...bring your own bike or rent bikes located around the city. Short Term Rental Permit #2018015471 Guest access The entire space is yours during your stay. • You also have access to the shared, common areas of the pool when open. • Free covered parking. Other things to note IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS BEFORE BOOKING YOUR STAY: • There is a king bed (sleeps up to 2) and a sleeper sofa that opens to a queen bed (sleeps up to an additional 2). • Our rates are dynamic which means that they change based on day of week, season, etc. Please enter your exact dates and guest count to calculate pricing. We charge an extra guest fee of $20 per guest per night for any guest count over 2 (our max guest count is 4). • We are located in a condo building therefore it is likely you will hear passerbys and other guests/ residents in the building. • There is a strict no pet policy • We follow all regulations of Davidson County, including holding a permit, following quiet hours and occupancy restrictions. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am daily, max occupancy is 4 guests (including infants and children).
