3 bedroom 2 bath home with all the amenities! Very private home with a small front porch and chairs! If you can’t find what u need in the home we probably have it in another, just ask! We are on septic so please no paper, baskets in each bathroom with trashcan liners. Thanks for understanding. We also have small animals that are in and out of the house please use extreme caution going in and out. Guest parking only! Extra overnight guests must be approved or be charged $45 The space Parking available please do not block right side of the driveway, parking is on the left side of driveway, in front of double garage and anywhere else as long as you don’t block other guests from getting thru, friends and family registered guests must park outside the gate which remains closed and can be opened/closed manually! Guest access Key pad on double car garage code is 4159 then press enter twice! Side entrance door to garage has a coded lock if it should be licked the code is 1234, entry door into home from garage is 4159. Home is generally unlocked! Other things to note We do not offer cable TV and recommend you bring your own streaming device we also do not offer streaming devices! No smoking in home but ok anywhere outside! The living room couch is not a bed and you will be charged accordingly for additional guests if used as one! Please turn off all lights when exiting the home in order to keep our costs down!
