An original Mid-Century Modern, single story ranch home lovingly restored in the spirit of Mid-Century Modern design. This house has a large, generous bedroom with a queen bed and a fun, themed kids suite with bunk beds, desk, couch TV (with vintage Nintendo). A tennis court with tennis and pickleball options is situated right next to the house. The house also includes a massive sunroom and large living room. Other amenities include community pool, fire pit, shuffleboard, etc. The space The home consists of a large, generous bedroom with a queen bed and sleeper sofa with lots of closet space and beautiful desert views. It also has a kids room/suite, with bunk beds, desk, couch, TV, and separate entrance. There is also a large, furnished sunroom which is the perfect place to soak up the sun, drink coffee, play board games, etc. There is also a fold out couch in the living room, so there is enough bedding for 6 people. The Ranch House features an expansive floor plan, a private back yard with a fire pit and jacuzzi, a car port, views overlooking our property and the gorgeous mountainscapes, and a vintage themed kids room (think Wes Anderson/Moonrise Kingdom vibes). You’ll also have access to our shared tennis/pickleball court, pool and game room. This house has two bedrooms, but it feels much bigger than that. You'll have tons of room to roam around and stretch out your legs. It could also accommodate bigger families as there’s tons of room to throw sleeping bags on the floor. Other things to note This is a Mid-Century themed stay with touches of the desert. It has a vintage kitchen with no microwave. This is the perfect place for a family stay.
