If you’re afraid to travel and decide to cancel, we have a super flexible cancellation policy. Located in a newly renovated 1910s home with great attention to period appropraite detail. Professionally decorated with custom furnishings and window treatments. Entertainment options include; two smart TVs with cable, an Amazon Alexa, and wireless internet. The living room features a custom sleeper sofa, two club chairs, restored (non-functional) fireplace, ceiling fan, and 55 inch smart television equipped with cable. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils and dinnerware needed for an intimate gathering. Feel free to help yourself to the complimentary snacks and beverages provided for your enjoyment. Complementary minibar features liquor and wine for your enjoyment. There are also a few snacks for breakfast and a Keurig. The master bedroom features a luxurious, 5 star grade king Saatva mattress, 55 inch smart television equipped with cable, blackout curtains, a wireless phone charger, ceiling fan, and closet. The completely renovated bath features custom tile, Kohler fixtures, a large vanity, toiletries, and fresh linens. Guest access There is a parking behind the house. There are coded locks. I provide the codes the morning of your arrival. The codes are changed regularly. Right door on the front porch. There is also access to the back for additional parking which is accessed through a shared mudroom. Other things to note Outdoor security cameras for you and your vehicle’s protection. Proximity to popular spots: Bon Secours Wellness Arena- 0.9 mi, Flour Field- 1.5 mi, Peace Center for the Performing Arts- 1.1 mi, Falls Park- 1.3 mi, Main Street- 0.25 mi, Swamp Rabbit Trail- .6 mi Greenville Commerce Club- .35 mi, Hyatt Regency- .35 mi, Westin Poinsett- .9 mi Pretty much anything downtown including all major event venues such as Revel, Cigar Warehouse, and Zen are all within a 1.5 mile radius. This house was originally built in the 1910s. Sometime after it was converted into a duplex and I recently decided to restore it. The laundry room is SHARED with the other unit. There is a deck on the back with a dining table, chairs, and a grill which is also shared with the other unit. I will do discounted rates for groups that would like to rent both sides of the house. The other apartment (Historic District A) has a king bed. Such an arrangement usually requires advanced notice.
