Huge closet with an empty rack for hanging, a chest of drawers for your use & the fridge. Available for your use: coffee maker, iron, hair dryer & cooking utensils. Big discount for long stays! The space The unit is 400+ sq. feet with a picture perfect view of the Washington, DC monuments and the Potomac. It has a full/double sized bed with comfy double memory foam mattresses, 40" flat screen with Roku streaming stick, high speed internet & a love seat couch that pulls into a single bed. Full size fridge and new gas range; full sink with garbage disposal. The unit also has a desk with lighting in the event you need to work at home. The unit is located in the Rosslyn section of Arlington, VA. It is 1.8 blocks to Rosslyn metro; 3 blocks to Safeway & CVS and many restaurants W/in 1-3 blocks. It is an excellent economical alternative to a hotel room as it is surrounded by many 3&4 star hotels (Palomar, Hyatt, Marriott, Courtyard) whose room rates are well in excess of $200 a night. If you prefer staying in a great location with all the amenities of home, then this might be the ticket. If you are a fan of classic rock or 80s movies, you will be enjoy my CD & DVD collection. Place is sanitized with bleach and ammonia. Discount given for longer stays. Some personal effects such as my clothes will be in apartment but you will have an empty chest of drawers and an empty full rack in the walk-in closet to store and hang your clothes + plenty of cooking & eating utensils. Guest access The entire condo is your space. There is metered Street parking outside the building and free weekday street parking 3 blocks away (10 minute walk). Meters are free always on Sundays and Some meters in back of complex are also free on Saturdays. Other things to note I do not have instant book, I prefer communication before I confirm your booking, so please message any questions or concerns along with your requested dates.
