Your home away from home has a well appointed kitchen for foodies who like to cook or great local dining options for those who don't. Newly renovated cottage with full kitchen and beautiful spacious bathroom. This cottage is a smoke free environment. Feel free to enjoy the animals from their pastures, but please refrain from entering the barn. This will help ensure the health and safety of our staff and and family Our occupancy is a limit of 2 persons, including infants. We do not permit any additional guest during your stay. Please keep in mind check in is 3pm Eastern Standard time and check out is 11am Eastern Standard time. Our check in’s and out are typically the same day. With that being said we cannot accommodate early check ins or late check outs. There is a propane grill as well as a fire pit and chairs for you to enjoy! Feel free to bring firewood with our you can purchase at a local gas station. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. We have a lot of chores on the farm and a 5 year old so our time to socialize is limited. Basically we won't be bothering you. We are 1 mile from Warren Dunes and Greenbush is basically around the corner. There is a green binder in the cottage that lists all of our recommendations in the harbor country area including restaurants, farmer's markets, antiques, best ice cream, and all of the best shopping. Also feel free to message us with any questions or if you see us on property we are happy to answer your questions as well. Driving is easy in the area and you will have your own separate parking for the cottage. There are two vintage schwinn cruisers for your use. Cycling is very popular in the area and the Apple Cider Century goes right by the property every year. Please no shoes and no smoking in the cottage. This is a working farm and we are not in control of the weather. During rainy weather, there can be mud. Might be a good idea to bring some boots if you visit then.
