Need to get away? Welcome to Lake Martin! Step outside this lower deck and you will be in the lake! It can comfortably sleep 10 people with 3 queen beds and 4 twin beds. All new mattresses and bedding for comfort and fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms for your convenience. The waters here are perfect for any lake activity you desire - boating, swimming, fishing, chilling! Includes boat dock, ramp, and deck. The size and location also make this perfect for that game day gathering with friends! Our place offers many amenities that are hard to find in this area. We have a large paved driveway with enough space for 3-5 vehicles and two entryways. There is a keypad entry at the front door so that you don’t need to keep track of any keys. Walk directly into the open floorplan of the living room, kitchen, and sunroom on the main level. The living room has a 50-inch TV and cable available. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes to cook/grill/bake, including an Insta-Pot and cookbooks. There is a reverse osmosis system for purified drinking water. Coffee, tea, and some basic kitchen amenities are available for use, or bring your own! The sunroom has two entire walls of windows for great views and has a large table (great for games) and an oversized ‘chair’ that folds out to a small full-size mattress for any extra guests that might need a space. The master suite has a private bathroom, very large closet, and plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable. The first bedroom on the lower level holds two queen beds with new mattresses, new bedding and pillows that have room to walk around each. The entire room sports beautiful lake views year-round! This room also has a smart TV and dresser and large closet. The second bedroom on the lower level holds two brand new double trundle twin beds. This room also has a smart TV and dresser and large closet. A special feature of this room is that it is impervious to light and sound, perfect for sleeping or chilling out. The lower level sports a bar area with a small fridge, convenient for the large deck with two tables that seat four each plus a gas grill. There is an extra sturdy porch swing with the perfect view! There is also a private two-slip boat dock and a private boat ramp if you want to bring your own small boat. Dock holds max boat size 8'Wx21'Lx9'H. Above the boat dock is a party deck for outdoor entertainment. At this place, you are only a two-minute drive/boat ride away from a marina that rents jet skis, boats, paddle boards, and more! This part of the lake is a no-wake zone, which means it is peaceful and safe from unruly boat traffic. There is a bridge 4 miles down that is too low for extra-large boats to navigate through our section of lake so no choppy waters here! It is perfect for water-skiing, knee-/wakeboarding, paddleboards, kayaks, or any other lake activity you desire! Plus, it adds an extra level of safety for those that just want to float and relax. Summertime, this is the place to chill and play. In the Fall, come celebrate game day on the lake, only minutes away from Auburn! In the winter, if you have cabin fever and need a place to cast your line, go fishing right at the dock or you have the option of walking through Blue Creek!
