Main residence hosts about 12 visitors (8 in beds & sofa beds with 2-4 on mobile materasses) & possibility of additional bachelor (extra $) The space ATTENTION: RATE of $9950 month for spring/summer/fall: May 1st to Nov 15th only. Rental not available during ski season IMPORTANT: Please take note that the chalet is available for LONG TERM RENTALS only (more than 31 nights, regardless of your actual use below the 31 nights) with a possibility of special multi-month rate. Welcome to the spacious and exceptional cottage directly on the Bromont mountain with a spectacular mountain view. The entirely renovated property is a 3 floor Rustic chic style open space concept with high cathedral ceilings and a mezzanine. There is also a gym with training equipment. The main residence has 2 complete bathrooms and 5 closed rooms as follows: - one with a king bed (with an ensuite), - 2 with twin beds, - one with a double sofa-bed and - one with a single mezzanine bed with a queen sofa bed and with a complete office to work from home. Furthermore, in the games and home theatre space (in the mezzanine) there is another queen sofa-bed. As such, the permanent/fixed sleeping places in the main residence are: 1 king bed, 2 queen sofa-beds, 1 double sofa-bed and 3 single beds. To complement with additional sleeping places there are multiple movable mattresses (simple and double) that can be displayed in various areas of the cottage. It is hence possible to accommodate a group of about 12 visitors in the main residence. The entirely new kitchen is spacious with high end facilities. The kitchen equipment and accessories are of materials that are health and eco friendly/ conscious; glass, ceramic, wooden and bamboo boards, stainless steel, one of 2 toasters for gluten free needs... There is also a washer and dryer, air conditioning, WiFi and 3 TVs (in the home theatre room, master bedroom and main living room). Furthermore, you will enjoy a variety of activities inside the cottage such as pool, ping pong, a vintage pinball machine, a shuffleboard, a baby foot table, darts, numerous classic board games and novels to read as well as a pop corn machine to complement the relaxing cottage lifestyle evenings around cozy indoor or outdoor fireplaces. If you have a bigger group or several families for your stay, there is a possibility (depending on availability and an additional cost) to have access to a fully equipped "bachelor" to increase comfortably the number of visitors. The "bachelor" can be accessed internally (through a locked door connected to the main residence) or through an independent exterior door for additional privacy. The "bachelor" has an open concept kitchen, living room and dining room as well as a full bathroom (also with a washer and dryer), a closed bedroom with a queen bed and a connected room with 2 twin beds and an additional sofa-bed providing room for 5 additional visitors (as such offering the possibility to host around 17 visitors in both/ combined spaces. For outside entertainment around the property, you will have the privilege of enjoying directly in your backyard the Bromont and Soleil mountains with their wave pool and other aqua park facilities, mountain sledding and mountain biking trails. The main entrance to the park is a 4 minute walk form the cottage. In addition you will have at your disposal a big deck, facing the mountain, with patio and lounging sets, a BBQ and a resting area to enjoy good meals and relaxing evenings while admiring nature. You will also have, for your enjoyment, a big backyard with an outside fireplace and a jacuzzi to spend relaxing and memorable moments with your group surrounded by nature. Close by in the region (only a couple of minutes away by car) there are numerous golf courses, many hiking, walking and biking trails, a "velodrome" as well as various horse back riding / equestrian and mountain biking centers/ facilities very well renowned in Bromont. There is also an indoor skating ring about 5 minutes away (in the Bromont arena) and a bowling as well as Laserquest centers in Granby (about 20 minute car ride) to brighten up the rainy days for the whole family. In the region there are also numerous outdoor recreational resorts and many nature parks with bathing water plans such as the Orford, Lake Brome and Yamaska parks etc. In addition, for more fun family activities, close by in the area there are mini puts and the famous Granby Zoo as well as movie theaters in both Granby and Cowansville. Furthermore, you will be at a one minute walk from the cottage to the famous Chateau Bromont Spa center (for a good relaxing massage treatment) and will be a quick car ride away from the charming Bromont, Knowlton and Brome Lake villages with their pretty boutiques and small local restaurants.
