The Sunshine Jacuzzi Cottage is the perfect escape for those wanting a truly Romantic escape in Lake Country. The Sunshine Cottage is a great fit for couples seeking privacy and who would enjoy a visit to our pool and hot tub. It is also a great space because you can walk over to the Tavern or Restaurant and enjoy your cocktails without having to drive! There is also a large deck outback with a firepit for roasting S'mores. This sunlit cottage draped in white sheer fabrics and adorned with cheerful yellow walls make this small cottage perfect for honeymoons, bridal nights, anniversaries, and those seeking a uniquely romantic stay. This room is accessed by a private hidden gate entrance and is behind the Lazy Daisy Cottage. The cottage consists of two rooms, a bedroom and bathroom, and an upstairs loft complete with throw pillows and a furry rug. The bathroom boosts a two-person double Jacuzzi tub and tiled shower, luxury towels and bath products, and terry robes for two. The bedroom features a Queen bed with 450 thread count sheets, new mattresses, butler’s pantry with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker with Starbucks coffee. For your convenience there is a flat screen TV, DVD, Satellite cable, alarm clock room also opens up to a large deck with a brick fire-pit and antique chairs that are the perfect spot for having your morning coffee. We also offer concierge services like booking massage right in the comfort of the cottage, arranging private Chef's dinners in the Garden Gazebo, room service, and kayak and paddle-board rental on the Lake. We are happy to assist you with anything you might need including kayak and canoe rentals, dinner reservations, or help to hidden beaches on the lake. We are happy to give you a personal check-in or send you "contactless" self check-in directions so you can use the keypad to enter. We also offer concierge services like booking massage right in the comfort of the cottage, arranging private Chef's dinners in the Garden Gazebo, room service, and kayak and paddle-board rental on the Lake. We are a short walk from Kerr Lake and are a part of Clarksville, Virginia's "only lakeside town." PET POLICY We know how difficult it is to leave your “best friend” at home at lot of times when traveling… you may want them to be a part of your special vacation at Cooper’s Landing. Even though we love animals, we do have some policies . . . Only 1 animal can be accommodated in Sunshine Cottage. Pets are allowed with innkeeper’s prior approval only! Just shoot us a "message" for approval prior too booking. A credit card will need to be placed on file with the main Inn for additional pet fees. A $25 per night small pet will be paid directly to the main Inn after pre-approval. Small pets are considered under 35 pounds. For larger animals in private cottages the pet fee is $35 per night. We do not accept any pets over 60 pounds. The innkeepers reserve the right to refuse accommodations to a pet upon arrival of they feel the animal possess any threat to the health or harmony of guests. Pets must be house-broken and non-chewers or diggers. Pets should be kept off the furniture and should bring their own crates / beds. If our pet policy is not followed additional fees may apply.
