A quaint beachy decor Suite location just over 2 miles from beautiful Cherry Grove Beach/North Myrtle and 2 miles from the famous Little River Waterfront. This location features dozens of restaurants close to the famous Little River waterfront & North Myrtle Beach. The Suite is also close to the Big M gambling casino boat, a local winery, parasailing and many other tourist attractions as well as many local golf courses. This is a SMOKE FREE home! No exceptions whatsoever! All guests must be 25! The space The home features a private upstairs suite with 2 queen size beds, TV, a refrigerator stocked with water, microwave and Keurig coffee maker stocked with coffee pods, sweet n low and creamer. It also offers a private bath with 2 sinks with a separate dressing and closet area. I also have soap, toothpaste, assorted shampoos/conditioner. The location features a pool and jacuzzi as well as a charcoal grill and picnic area. This space is not suitable for kids. Also there are no motorcycles, trailers or commercial vehicles allowed on property, however there is a space not owned by the condo association that is in viewing distance from my unit where bikes or trailers could be parked, it is lit and near the trash compactor. This is a SMOKE FREE home! No exceptions whatsoever!! Thanks so much!! I am somewhat flexible on the check in time, once I explain how to get in the coded door access. My home is on the 2nd floor and the Suite is upstairs, so if you have a problem with stairs it may not be suitable for you. ALL GUESTS MUST BE 25 years of age. One thing to make note of, this is my personal home that I am sharing with my guests of AirBnB and not a commercial hotel or motel so please do not take my things home with you as they are expensive to replace. I do not want to charge a deposit, but will if things continue to disappear. I also provide a key to lock the bedroom upstairs, please DO NOT LOSE it as I do not want to charge a key deposit, as this will probably be implemented soon because so many people have taken by accident and never mailed back as they promised, Thanks so much!! Guest access Front door with coded access with direct access to private lofted living space. I also have a key on the nightstand to lock the bedroom for guests. Please do not lose this key as I have had to replace it twice already and do not want to have to charge a key deposit. Thank you! During your stay I share the downstairs area of the home. I have very little interaction with the guests. I barely see them unless they need anything. Of course I’m always available if they need anything. I give them the privacy that they need. Other things to note I have a small Yorkiepoo puppy named Jax. He is very loving but a bit skittish of new people and other dogs. He barks at bit at first. He does not bite, please do not feed him OR take him out as I will take care of all of his needs. Must be 25 to rent this unit. This suite is not suitable for children. This is a SMOKE FREE home. *NOTE* Cleaning fee may increase if stay is longer than one week. ALSO I have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in March 2021.
