Spacious, private house. Accommodates up to 10. All the amenities of home. Walk to SoFi/Forum. Convenient location. Close to LAX, popular tourist attractions, beaches, shopping. Convenient freeway access. Parking on premises. Available for short term and long term stay. If you need early arrival/late departure, other check in/out times just ask!! We will try to accommodate as best we can. If you need something else please ask and we will try to work it out. The space 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, central A/C and heating. Guest access Entire house Other things to note We give our guests a pristine place. We would appreciate if our guests left it in similar condition. No smoking or vaping in the house. $350 Penalty will be assessed for violations and report logged with Airbnb. Ample parking shared with our two other houses on the property. Visitors allowed but please park outside off the premises. Please remove shoes in the house. The property is covered by 24 hr video and audio surveillance around the outside of the house. The audio is there to allow us to monitor noise level after dark. No eating in the beds. Please be sure the number of guests is accurate. We do check. Extra guests who are not included in your guest count will constitute a violation of house rules. Laundry on premises in the garage. Coordinate with me to make it accessible to you. Be energy conscious. Please turn off lights and heating/air conditioning when you are not home. We reserve the right to enter the premises to turn off the A/C if we observe that the A/C is running while you are not home. We will take appropriate precautions to ensure your privacy is protected. Observe quiet time after 10pm. No noise outside. No parties. Please avoid loud conversation and slamming of doors when entering/exiting the house from your cars. Laundry machines are locked in the garage. You will have to contact me in advance when you want to do laundry and someone will open it for you. I would appreciate the courtesy of 24 hrs notice ahead of when you plan to do laundry. You are responsible for securing access to the premises. Please don’t leave keys lying around where they may be taken. Lost keys will result in charge to replace all copies of lost keys and locks. Registration Details Exempt
