Located on the best street in Condado, this apartment offers everything you will need for a great vacation in Puerto Rico. Wake up to a beautiful view of the ocean or visit many restaurants around the corner, this location offers everything! The space In addition to an amazing exclusive location, this spacious (over 600 sq. f.) ocean view, one bedroom condo is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Air conditioning cools extraordinarily. Two brand new A/C split units (24,000, 12,000 BTU’s) were installed on Aug 2024. It has completely equipped kitchen, dinning table and an additional queen size sofa bed which will be prepared for reservations for more than two guests. For reservations of two people the extra bed can be requested for a small nominal fee. We provide clean towels and bedding. You will have WIFI, a smart TV in the bedroom, and living room, and 2 A/C split units. For the beach, there are beach chairs and beach towels available. The building is very secured, there are 24hr security cameras and controlled elevator access. Perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Guest access The building is located on a quiet, exclusive Cervantes street, just between the beach and a loud Ashford avenue. There is no noise in the vicinity of the building as opposed to being on a major street. You could hear the ocean inside the apartment even with windows closed. Street parking is available anywhere you see a parking meter (they are not enforced or monitored). Nearby Antonia Quinones Park vicinity and Calle Candina are great places where you could find additional parking spots. For health food choices there is Fresh Mart supermarket (very similar to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's) located right around the corner on Ashford Avenue. French and Cuban Bistros, Burger Joint, Starbucks, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese restaurants are also just around the corner. Numbers of casinos, bars, clubs and night life spots are in the area. There are CVS and Walgreens stores in less then 3 minutes walking distance on Ashford avenue. Actually you will have everything you could ever want at walking distance. And it is just within 10 minutes Uber drive to Old San Juan or Airport or Mall of Americas or other popular destinations... World famous La Placita de Santurce is also in the walking distance... Other things to note Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Proper clothing is required when accessing the common areas of the building to be respectful of our neighbors. This is a Residential Building. Please be conscious of loud noises after hours. Our property quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 9:00AM. This is in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night.
