Our building is located in the center of Manhattan near Empire State Building on 31st ST with Broadway Ave(Next to the K-Town). Walking distance to everything. Every major tourist destinations reachable via major public transportation including subways and buses, as well as car service and NYC taxi. An extra portable heater is provided for in case. - Laundromat(pay per use) is located on the ground floor and It’s running with a laundry card, - Iron and Iron Board will be provided in advance request. Other things to note Bunk Bed Safety Warnings. - Use guardrails on both sides of the upper bunk. - Prohibit horseplay (including jumping) on or under the beds. - Prohibit more than one person on the upper bunk. - Use Ladder for entering and leaving the upper. - bed end is designed to be the ladder for access to the top bunk. - The use of water or sleep flotation mattresses are prohibited. - Weight limit for the upper bunk is 180 lbs. * When central heating is on, there are pipes that conduct the steam. Because of this, the pipes may generate sometimes "banging "noise, but this is typical. * It is recommended to bring a slipper. The floor is old wood, and some guests may feel uncomfortable and dirty with the texture of the floor.
