Great for teens. Large grass fields surround the home. Good for children to run loose. We have a bucket of outdoor toys/sports gear for them. Side street is great for walkers or runners. It's flat, recently paved and goes 1/2 mile to a cul-de-sac turn around. So one mile round trip. many of our neighbors are out there everyday Guest access Guest have full access to the Manor and grounds (10acres), partial use of stables, use of the Cottage with twin beds for over flow guests. Other things to note We have a couple of dog. We love dogs. We marked okay for dogs. Prefer small to mid size hypoallergenic dogs.
