I welcome you to my newly renovated private guest studio tucked away in a peaceful residential area with private entrance and self check-in. The guest suite is bright, cozy and is fully furnished. Beautiful spacious bathroom which has all the essentials for you to enjoy your vacation. Located in the heart of Orange County neighborhood, the place is in close proximity to amusement parks, attractions, beaches, restaurants and many more *Please view photos and read the description before booking The space This guest suite includes: - This is a private suite with a private entrance. - Keyless entry – Smart lock system for maximum security and you can enter and leave anytime you want without depending on host’s schedule. - Private driveway parking is provided for one car. Street parking is also available but please let me know ahead of time if you have more than 1 car so I will inform you about street sweeping schedule. - Two comfortable beds: one queen (newly updated 2024) and one full bed with high quality mattresses and an additional sofa bed that can be pulled out to use as a queen bed. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. - Unit accommodates 5 guests comfortably. The 5th guest will be charged $20/night - Fully stocked kitchen with electric burner, dishes, cookware and utensils. - Microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker with complimentary tea, coffee and small snacks. - Private spacious bathroom with all bathroom essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditions, face wash, body wash, hair dryer, lotion, etc... - Self-control powerful air conditioner and portable heater - Free WIFI - TV comes with Netflix - Mini fridge has 4 bottles of water - Closet, iron and ironing board **Please read our house rules descriptions before booking: - No smoking of any kind/party/event/drugs/overnight guests. - Extra slippers are provided so I will appreciate it if you can take off your shoes and use these slippers inside the room. - Check out time is 11am and check in is 3pm. Extra $10 will be charged for each hour of late check-out (maximum of 2 hours) Guest access Guests will enter the suite by a private side yard gate that leads to the back of the house where the guest suite is located Other things to note - I have a small friendly dog that will stay inside the main house most of the time. - The house is conveniently located near major freeways I-5, CA-22, CA-57 and nearby an emergency helicopter’s flight path of a hospital, so some occasions you will hear noise. Earplugs are provided - This is a private suite with a private entrance. It is attached to the main house. There is a door that leads to the main house and will be locked from both side. Please keep the door close during your stay! - There are security camera on the perimeter of the house - Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am Registration Details 208167
