Rental agreement should be signed prior to occupancy. Our space is unique because of the proximity to the ocean, beautiful area, private house, 5 bedrooms, study, 4 bathrooms, and a outdoor hot and cold shower when returning from the ocean Guests will have access to beach, carport, Wi-Fi , large screen TV with comcast. This is a perfect location for excursions to Miami, Florida Keys, Disney World etc. 20mins from West Palm Beach International Airport. New Weber gas grill available for use. . We interact with our guests as often as they need. We have a limit of 8 guests but an exception can be made for 2 extra guests. We have a queen size wall bed in the library but there will be a charge of $25/guest/night. A small dog is welcome however there will be a fee for extra cleaning of $100 for the stay.
