A pool-side studio cabana on top of Mount Soledad, with forever white water views of the California coastline. Charming bedroom/bathroom with small kitchenette, large windows and high speed internet. Total peace awaits you; enjoy the pool, sit on the view deck or stroll up to the stunning park-like garden. The space Casa Alta is a unique villa on the highest coastal elevation south of Los Angeles. The views look north and include coast as well as inland mountains as far as the San Bernardino mountains. Casa Alta is gated with beautiful gardens, patios and fountains in front, and spa-like pool and jacuzzi in back, with the exceptional views. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Highway 5 is accessible within 5 minutes, as is the quaint village of La Jolla. Owners live in the main house on the upper deck. The pool house is exclusively for guests. There is a microwave, fridge, coffee and teas. The whole front garden and two view decks are for guest use. The pool, jacuzzi and outdoor spaces are shared with owners and other airBnB guests (there are 2 other guest rooms). Guests may use the Jacuzzi for an additional $25/room on days of use; we provide beach towels. Guest access Guests may enjoy pool and pool-side deck and the wooden deck with table, chairs and lounge chairs. Please note that the upper deck is strictly for owner use. Guests may enjoy any of the garden areas on the street side of the main house. Other things to note Our pool, jacuzzi and outdoor spaces are shared with owners and other airBnB guests.
