Full basement apartment in newly remodeled home with separate private side access. Roomy living room and kitchen with granite countertops. Newer carpet, paint, white Egyptian cotton sheets, and plush white towels. Super clean and spacious with a beautiful shaded back yard you can enjoy. 17 minutes to BYU campus. Very nice neighborhood. Washer and dryer included for use. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of free parking. Sleeps up to 8. Well sanitized after each use. The space We have gone the extra mile to make sure the beds are super comfortable with nice mattresses, white Egyptian cotton sheets, lots of plush pillows and clean white towels. Wi-fi included. Guest access Keypad entrance so I will text you the code the day before you are scheduled to arrive. Other things to note We have a few older children and so there is potential for a little noise. (We don’t have any babies or toddlers). Thanks!
