Tv's, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. The master bedroom & den overlooks the Sound. The master bath has a garden tub with tiled walls. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with its own walk in shower. 2 private parking spots. The back balcony (private) overlooks the Sound and the front balcony overlooks the Gulf. One mile to the entrance of the Gulf Islands National Sea Shore and Fort Pickens. Washer and dryer in the premises. A sound side private beach area with pier. Come and watch a fabulous sunset view from the pier and if you're lucky you can watch the dolphins play near the pier. Consider this your home away from home. THIS IS A WALK-UP UNIT, NO ELEVATOR. Guest access Guests enjoy a private beautiful lighted fishing pier and beach area, a lagoon with a walkover, and a pool just a few steps from our condo. BBQ grill and fire pit area with picnic tables for you to enjoy meal while overlooking the beautiful sunset. Other things to note THIS IS A WALK-UP UNIT, NO ELEVATOR. Top floor 3rd floor, which offers quiet and private time. Driver's license and accepting waiver upon arrival. Guest making the reservation must be at least 23 years old.
